How Did Recruitment Ready Help Either You Or Your Daughter Succeed In Recruitment?: It was super helpful pointing us in the right direction for making contacts in each sorority and helping get started with recs. Leighton was also great at helping Chilton find ways to reach out to older girls without feeling awkward. Other things that were a huge help were help with resume, help with video, and especially the phone calls to Leighton during rush about specific questions.

If You Could Share One Tip Or Piece Of Encouragement With Future PNMs Or Moms, What Would It Be?: I know everyone says this, but trust the process is so so true! Also, don’t get discouraged if you’re dropped from your favorites because it’s just leading you to the best house for you!

I just wanted to say thank you for all that you did for us! You helped to build her confidence so much! You were a stable solid encouragement to her. You helped her set goals and complete them. You helped her select outfits and overall you just helped her develop a positive mindset.
In helping her you helped me tremendously because those are things that she could hear come from you much better than coming from me which in return made our relationship so healthy. We were both in a much better head space the week of recruitment because I could always say “just run it by Leighton” and whatever you said, we went with, because she and I both trusted you wholeheartedly!  We both scream your praises from the rooftops and if anyone ask if we would do recruitment all over again, my reply is always yes ONLY with you (Leighton) by our side!
