Who are we looking for?

Cute, classy, and confident college girls. Girls who are active on social media, plugged into Greek life, and well-connected in both their campus and hometown communities.

Only two ambassadors will be selected per school! 

Ambassador Responsibilities:

● Post or repost three Recruitment Ready graphic/content pieces per month on your story. 

● Create one reel / TikTok per month for RR socials. 

● Refer Recruitment Ready to family and friends using your unique referral code. 

● Spread our positive mission to your network and on your campus! You do not have to have been a Recruitment Ready client in the past to apply. 

● Attend and help out with localized RR events as you are able. 

Ambassador Perks: 

● Earn commission when you refer family and friends to RR (make money from your dorm) 

● Gain marketing & and event planning experience 

● Have the opportunity to give back to younger girls by being a positive light in the midst of recruitment prep 

● Join optional calls once a quarter to meet with RR team member to ask any questions about life, business, school, boys etc. 

● Connect with other ambassadors  across the the country and gain networking experience!
