The Recruitment Ready Ambassador Program is designed to expand our brand visibility on college campuses while building authentic connections with our target audience. Ambassadors are confident, classy, and social college girls who embody everything Recruitment Ready stands for.
By joining, you’ll help strengthen Recruitment Ready’s presence in the Greek community, share authentic campus insights, and create new opportunities for exposure, growth, and sales.
Who We’re Looking For

Application-based selection to keep the program exclusive.

Ideal candidate: cute, classy, confident, active on social media, and connected in Greek life + their hometown community.

Commitment: 2–3 ambassadors per school for maximum impact.
Your Responsibilities

Follow Recruitment Ready on all socials.

Post/repost 1 Recruitment Ready graphic or piece of content per month.

Share personal experiences with RR services (when applicable).

Participate in RR content when asked.

Monthly check-ins: Short Zoom calls for updates, training & connection.

Provide school-specific Greek life insights.

Help promote RR services/events to your peers.
