Recruitment Ready Ambassador
The Recruitment Ready Ambassador Program is all about bringing our brand to life on college campuses in the most authentic way. Our ambassadors are confident, classy, and social girls who embody everything Recruitment Ready stands for.
Our dream ambassadors? Cute, classy, and confident. Girls who are active on social media, plugged into Greek life, and well-connected in both their campus and hometown communities.
To keep things impactful (and special!), we only select 2–3 ambassadors per school.
Ambassador Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
● Follow Recruitment Ready on all socials.
● Post or repost one Recruitment Ready graphic/content piece per month.
● Share personal experiences with Recruitment Ready services (where
applicable).
● Participate in Recruitment Ready content when needed
● Monthly Check-Ins: Attend a short Zoom call once per month for updates, training, and connection.
Campus Influence:
● Provide school-specific Greek life insights to inform Recruitment Ready strategies.
● Help promote Recruitment Ready services/events to peers.
Incentives for Ambassadors
Commission on Services: Ambassadors earn commission for referrals or services booked through their promotion.
Personal Branding Support: Guidance from Recruitment Ready to help ambassadors refine their own brand presence.
Exposure: Featured on Recruitment Ready’s social channels as a face of the brand.
Leadership Experience: Hands-on involvement in brand growth and campus outreach.
Program Goals:
1. Build a network of trusted campus representatives.
2. Increase visibility of Recruitment Ready within Greek life communities.
3. Drive service engagement and referrals.
4. Establish Recruitment Ready as the go-to brand for recruitment prep.
