Recruitment Ready Ambassador
The Recruitment Ready Ambassador Program is all about bringing our brand to life on college campuses in the most authentic way. Our ambassadors are confident, classy, and social girls who embody everything Recruitment Ready stands for.
When you join, you’ll be more than just a representative, you’ll be a voice for your campus. You’ll help us connect with the Greek community, share real campus insights, and create exciting opportunities for growth and impact.
 We keep this program application-based so it stays selective and meaningful.
Our dream ambassadors? Cute, classy, and confident. Girls who are active on social media, plugged into Greek life, and well-connected in both their campus and hometown communities.
To keep things impactful (and special!), we only select 2–3 ambassadors per school.
Your Role as an Ambassador:
Being an RR Ambassador is all about connection, confidence, and sharing what you love. Here’s what you’ll get to do:
*Stay connected by following Recruitment Ready on all socials.
*Share the RR love—post or repost one piece of content each month.
*Add your personal touch by sharing your own RR experiences (when it fits!).
*Jump in on fun RR content whenever we need you.
*Join us for quick monthly Zoom check-ins—updates, training, and a little time to connect.
*Bring the insider scoop with your school-specific Greek life insights.
*Spread the word on RR services + events with your friends and peers.
What You’ll Gain:
